Concerned about the increasing level of obesity in Mississippi and the lack of adequate awareness of good nutrition, the Mississippi Food Network has a Registered Dietician on Staff.  Nutritious products are solicited for distribution to the needy.  Educational materials are maintained in inventory and are provided to the member charities for distribution.
