If you or someone you know is in need of emergency food assistance, Mississippi
Food Network can help. Please call us at 601-353-7286, and we will direct
you to an Emergency Food Box site near you or click on the Agency Relations page
and follow the List of Agencies link for a list of all of our
member charities, indexed by county. MFN is one of many resources in
the community designed to help feed hungry people. The following links can
help you find additional food assistance programs.
State Assistance Nutrition Plan (SNAP) provide nutritional food assistance. Learn
more about SNAP and eligibility
requirements.
Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is a program through which
low-income women, infants and children receive food, nutrition counseling, and
access to health services.
